Zet Valucher op je beginscherm

Geen app store, geen account, geen installatiebestand — je browser regelt het. In een paar tikken heb je een icoon dat opent als een echte app.

Ik heb Valucher zo gebouwd dat je nooit een app hoeft te downloaden. Wil je toch dat vertrouwde icoon op je scherm, met een eigen venster in plaats van een browsertabblad? Kies hieronder je toestel en volg de stappen.

Je gebruikt de geïnstalleerde app al — hier is niets meer te doen.

Zo installeer je Valucher

De juiste stappen worden hieronder automatisch geopend voor het toestel waarop je dit leest.

  1. Open de kaart of valucher.com in je browser.
  2. Tik op het deel-icoon (vierkant met pijltje omhoog) in de werkbalk.
  3. Scrol naar beneden en tik op “Zet op beginscherm”.
  4. Tik op “Voeg toe” — het Valucher-icoon staat nu op je beginscherm, net als elke andere app.

Dit werkt sinds iOS 17 in Safari, Chrome én Firefox — overal dezelfde stappen.

  1. Open de kaart of valucher.com in Chrome.
  2. Tik op het menu met de drie puntjes rechtsboven.
  3. Tik op “App installeren” (of “Toevoegen aan startscherm”).
  4. Bevestig — Valucher installeert als een eigen app, met eigen icoon en venster.

  3. Tik op “Pagina toevoegen aan” → “Startscherm”.
  4. Bevestig de naam en tik op “Toevoegen”.

  3. Tik op “Installeren”.
  4. Het icoon verschijnt op je startscherm.

  2. Klik op het installatie-icoon in de adresbalk (een beeldscherm met pijltje naar beneden), of kies via het browsermenu “Valucher installeren…”.
  3. Klik op “Installeren” in het venster dat verschijnt.
  4. Valucher opent voortaan in een eigen venster, met een snelkoppeling op je bureaublad of in je taakbalk.

Waarom zou ik dit doen?

Je hebt Valucher nooit nodig als app om een kaart te bekijken of in te wisselen — de webpagina doet precies hetzelfde. Maar een icoon op je scherm is sneller terug te vinden dan een bladwijzer, en opent zonder de adresbalk van je browser. Puur gemak, geen verplichting. Meer weten over hoe kaarten werken? Here's how to install Valucher

The right steps for the device you're reading this on open automatically below.

  1. Open the card, or valucher.com, in your browser.
  2. Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow pointing up) in the toolbar.
  3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
  4. Tap "Add" to confirm — the Valucher icon now sits on your home screen like any other app.

This has worked in Safari, Chrome and Firefox alike since iOS 17 — same steps everywhere.

  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top right.
  3. Tap "Install app" (or "Add to Home screen").
  4. Confirm — Valucher installs like a native app, with its own icon and window.

Why bother?

You never need Valucher as an app to view or redeem a card — the web page does exactly the same job.
